In the article, it describes the difficulties the training officers face when engaging their client in the diamond artwork. It takes them tremendous efforts, bit by bit of encouragement in engaging their client. They are now observed to have better focus, attention span, and sitting tolerance. Seeing the dazzling art pieces upon completion, many of the clients started to gain a sense of accomplishment and are now more motivated to engage in the activity.
