How and What to join?

Administrator's decision shall be final
After successfully bided a job and for some reasons you are unable to fulfill it, you may approach any of the daily affairs admin for return.
For invalid reason, there is a monetary penalty of $10 - $80 imposed on you. The whole amount will be pass to the new bidder. We believe this way will deter any return of job and also encourage new bidder to take up the returned job.
For flight clashes, which is a valid reason, administrators reserve the rights to decide to have which job to be re-paged.
What are the valid reasons? We are not disclosing them as it may lead to abuse.
Less frequent travelers or travelers with elderly or young children tend to be more anxious and want to be assured of a smooth pick up. Therefore we encourage you to link up with your passenger by the following ways
- WeChat - Almost everyone in China is using WeChat
- In-app messaging (it is labeled as Online Contact)
- Phone calls. International calls are much more affordable now compared to the past. There are various way to save even more.
- Sign up with CMLink. They are offering calling China numbers as part of their local bundle.
- WeChat Out. It is a cheap VoIP function on WeChat and offers quality calls on China Numbers
- IDD
- Other form of IM Messaging App for other nationality, such as WhatsApp, LINE, Viber
- SMS. International SMS charges apply.
Things to remind the guests
- Connect to free Wifi at the airport to stay connected with you.
- Filled up the e-arrival card for arrival pick up
- Standby hotel reservation and return air-ticket to be presented to the immigrations when requested.

Arrival - Airport Pick Up
Drive way pick up - 20 minutes after the flight lands. You shall stand by at the following recommended locations. We will only accept GPS location at these locations as evidence.
- Airport Premises - Carpark
- Changi North
- Changi South
- Tanah Merah Coastal Road
Meet and Greet - Arrive at the belt area 30 minutes after the flight lands.
90% of the arrival pick up are drive way pick up (DWPU). You may instruct the guest to wait at the arrival pick up.

Reminder to use the driver mobile application promptly
Arrival - Flight landed time + buffer + 60 mins
Currently, the agency is offering unlimited waiting time for airport arrival pick up and you will be paid for any additional waiting time incurred by us, only if you use the app promptly.
Departure - Booking time + 15 mins
Visit the support group and submit the following
- Car in Hotel/Airport
- Conversation with Passenger (even there is no reply)
- Call Logs
Once you are certain to be late for your job, do not attempt to save the job on your own as it may lead to a MISS JOB.
Approach any of the administrator or seek help in the main group chat. Administrators are connected to hundreds of vehicles in Singapore and are likely to activate a rescue within 5 or 10 minutes.
A top up penalty is likely imposed for the repage
No one likes miss job, yet it is unavoidable for a transportation company. A miss job will be causing great distress to the passengers and make them loose trust in the agency which eventually lead to them loosing trust on us.
A miss job's penalty is 300% of the amount to be paid to you and a suspension of 1 month will be applied
Health and sleep are more important than job or money. No matter how big your problem is, without health you cannot solve it.
Yes you may. Do not hold the company or the agency accountable for any dispute. We will brush it off.
Company's advice is to earn a fair amount on what you deserve and do not over-charge the passengers.
Payment
Payment is processed daily and paid out on the next day if there is no amendments. There will be occasions where a day may be skipped due to busy schedule. We promise that you will be paid within 48 hours.
Payment announcement will be in the main chat daily.
To verify payment, please log into your bank account and verify the transaction.
We prefer to have your bank account details. We may stop paying until we get your bank account details.
